An August hailstorm dropped 1.5-inch stones across Hamilton County. The owners had bruises on every slope — visible from the ground once you knew what to look for, but invisible until the next leak.
We met the adjuster on the roof the following week, walked every plane, and documented the damage so the claim reflected the full scope. The initial estimate missed skylight flashings and two chimney crickets; our supplement brought them back in.
