Most homeowners only call a roofer when something has gone wrong — storm damage, a leak, an insurance adjuster on the way. We've been doing this long enough to walk the roof with the adjuster, read the policy language, and make sure the scope reflects what the house actually needs. When replacement is the right answer, we specify architectural asphalt, standing-seam metal, or cedar shake depending on the home.
