Westfield's transformation over the last fifteen years is one of the stories of central Indiana real estate. What used to be farmland north of 161st is now home to some of Hamilton County's most considered new construction — Chatham Hills, Bridgewater Club, and Wood Wind — alongside established custom-build neighborhoods.
Architectural character
Heavily weighted toward newer construction: modern farmhouse, transitional, and traditional styles from the 2000s through today. Larger lot sizes than Carmel or Fishers allow for estate-scale homes in many Westfield neighborhoods.

Permitting through the City of Westfield. Chatham Hills, Bridgewater Club, Wood Wind, and other premium communities all have architectural review boards. The Grand Park area has driven a lot of the recent growth, and some of our most recent Westfield projects have been outdoor living spaces on estate-sized lots.
