Luxury remodeling in Golden Hill.
Restoration and renovation inside one of Indianapolis's earliest planned neighborhoods.
Design-build for Golden Hill Historic District, Indianapolis.
Golden Hill is one of Indianapolis's original garden-suburb neighborhoods, laid out in the 1910s and listed on the National Register of Historic Places. The houses here were drawn by the era's best regional architects, and they deserve to be worked on by someone who understands what's there before touching anything.
Architectural character
1910s–1930s Tudor Revival, English Cottage, Colonial Revival, and Arts & Crafts. Many homes feature slate roofs, leaded glass, original hand-laid brick and stonework, and plaster walls with period detailing.
Local notes
Golden Hill is a designated historic district, which means exterior changes require review from the Indianapolis Historic Preservation Commission (IHPC). We handle IHPC submittals as part of every Golden Hill project. Interior renovations don't require historic review but still benefit from period-sensitive design choices.
