Luxury remodeling in Arden.
Thoughtful renovations for a quiet north-side Indianapolis neighborhood.
Design-build for Arden, Indianapolis.
Arden is one of those quiet north-side pockets that most of Indianapolis drives past without noticing. That's part of its appeal. The homes here — tucked between Westfield Boulevard and Broad Ripple — have a mix of mid-century character and updated interiors, and they're perfectly sized for design-forward renovations.
Architectural character
Predominantly 1950s–1970s mid-century ranches and split-levels, with some later additions and a handful of more recent custom builds. Many homes have original hardwood floors and good bones under dated surfaces.
Local notes
Arden is part of unincorporated Marion County for permitting purposes. The neighborhood sits close to Broad Ripple, Meridian-Kessler, and the Monon Trail, and its proximity to those walkable districts has driven a steady pace of renovation over the last decade.
