JWLuxe is the design-build studio inside JW Restores, a family-owned Indiana firm that has rebuilt, restored, and re-roofed houses across the central part of the state for fifteen years.

JW Restores started the way a lot of Indiana contractors start: with a roof, a truck, and a phone number passed around after a hailstorm. Fifteen years later, the trucks are still out after every storm, but the work has grown with the houses that have asked us to do it: a bathroom, then a kitchen, then a full second-story addition, then the whole house.
JWLuxe is what that business has become for homeowners who want design and construction working as one team. Our design partners sit at the same table as our project managers. The crews that frame the roof are the same crews that hang the cabinets. Drawings get redlined together, not passed between offices.
It isn’t faster or cheaper than hiring a designer and a contractor separately. It is, in our experience, a lot less stressful, and the finished work is better.

Drawings before decisions
Nothing gets built that isn't fully documented. Every project has complete architectural drawings, cabinetry shop drawings, and lighting plans before we pull a permit.
Our crews, not theirs
Our lead carpenters and project managers are on payroll and have averaged ten years at the studio. It shows in the joinery, and in the schedule.
Material honesty
We specify real stone from real yards, unlacquered hardware that patinas, millwork from local shops. Nothing that pretends to be something it isn't.
The long view
Houses outlast trends. We design for the version of you that lives in the house fifteen years from now, and for the next family that buys it.
Led by the owner, on every job.
Josh grew up on a working farm in Michigan, where days started before sunrise and nothing was finished until it was done right. The standard stuck: work hard, do it right, never settle.
After finishing high school in Indianapolis and earning a degree in business management from Indiana Business College, he learned construction from the ground up: as a project manager for a general contracting firm, then in sales, then helping launch the sales operation of an exterior construction company in Noblesville.
In 2009 he founded JW Restores and built it into a multimillion-dollar, full-service general contracting firm. JWLuxe is its next chapter: a boutique design-build studio pairing acclaimed design partners with JW's own master carpenters, for homes where every detail is considered and every finish is intentional.

Kyle has been helping clients finance their homes since 2009, the same year JW Restores opened its doors. Leading CrossCountry Mortgage's Fishers branch, he starts with each client's financial picture and shapes the loan around it, from conventional and jumbo to FHA and VA, staying close from pre-approval through closing and beyond.

We meet in your home, walk the space, and talk about how you live. No sales pitch, no quote yet, just a conversation and a set of questions.
Design
Plans, elevations, renderings, material boards, and a transparent budget range. You see the whole house before we break a thing.
Build & Install
Our in-house crews take over: carpentry, cabinetry, tile, trim, finish. Weekly walkthroughs, a single project manager, and a living schedule you can read at any time.
Reveal
Styling, photography, and a punch-list walkthrough. We stay involved through the first year for anything the house needs as it settles.
